IAQ
Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
The MTA mold assessment includes a thorough analysis of the healthcare facility in order to distinguish the extent of mold contamination. Air and surface samples will be required in most cases. Water infiltration sources will be discovered through infrared thermograph and moisture meters. All of the data is compiled into a detailed professional report. All recommendations are defensible through our findings, and all mold remediation protocol will be developed that follows published nationally recognized guidelines.
MTA does not sell any products nor do we have an interest in any remediation companies.
Post-Remediation Inspections
To insure that a mold remediation is accomplished properly, MTA can be contracted to visually inspect the work area and to conduct appropriate air and surface sampling to verify the efficacy of the remediation. After successful completion of the inspection, a detailed written report is delivered.
Indoor Air Quality Investigations
MTA utilizes state-of-the-art instrumentation and many years of experience to determine the cause of indoor illness, employee health complaints and discomfort. Our investigations are customized to solve the IAQ problem.
Invasive Mold Assessments
In some cases it is necessary to invasively examine building materials for the presence of mold colonization. This occurs in situations were an indoor illness or odor has been reported; however, there are no physical signs of mold colonization. Drywall, plaster, and insulation is removed to discover the source.
Cause and Origin Investigations
MTA has extensive practical experience in the causes of water infiltration and mold colonization. Air Spec will use state-of-the-art inspection techniques and instrumentation to discover the cause of a water infiltration. This information is useful to an insurance adjuster or lawyer in order to determine insurability or fault.
Infra-Red Thermograph Technology
MTA can easily determine the extent of water infiltration and discover the source of water leaks in building structures through the use of Infra-red thermograph.
